Sales terms
In order to contract with CYACE you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. CYACE retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Data Protection
CYACE may collect and store private customer data and sensitive payment data, such as a customer’s/member’s name, address, telephone number(s), e-mail address(es), password(s), credit card number(s) and cheque number(s). CYACE use this data primarily to verify the customer’s identity in order to avoid fraud. CYACE may also use it for statistical analysis to improve our services, or to provide customized web content to the member/customer.
CYACE regards this information as confidential and will not share or disclose it to third parties or any other company or organization. CYACE is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. Sales
Pricing and availability
All prices are presented in euros (€). Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. The current VAT rate is 19%.
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of any goods/services which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods/services, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. Please see the Shipping and Rates Section for details, if available.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash on delivery, and Credit Card payment for Online orders. For alternate forms of payment you will have to contact CYACE for approval. Please note in case you are permitted to pay by check, your order will not be shipped until verification of that check can be made.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Discounts & Offers
We may from time to time offer promotional discounts and offers which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. A promotional offer will be valid at a limited period of time. A promotion can’t be used after an order has been placed or after the promotion is expired as stated in the website.
Order and Delivery
Order needs to be placed online or over the phone. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product/service on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Purchase Order
When Payment is completed successfully, the name << CYACE >> will appear in your bank statement.
Shipping and rates
Shipping rates are based on the actual cost of shipping and / or courier services, and do not include a fee to CYACE.
Return Policy
CYACE offers a return policy on products based on the following conditions:
- Damaged/Defective Product – within the first 48 hours
If Customer receives damaged products; please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify CYACE immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged products. Please notify CYACE at cyace@cytanet.com.cy or call at 357 22672866 for damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for CYACE to file a damage claim. Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product.
Note: CYACE will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged or defective item. All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification.
- Non-Damaged/Non-Defective, Unopened Merchandise – within 14 days of Original Purchase Date
If you have non-defective merchandise which is unopened, we will issue a credit note and will give you an address to ship the product to. Return shipping to us is at your expense.
- Non-Damaged/Defective, Opened Merchandise
We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.
Note: Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
