Το Σεμινάριο διοργανώνεται σε συνεργασία με τη Διεθνή Ομοσπονδία Συμβούλων Μηχανικών (International Federation of Consulting Engineers – FIDIC). Μετά την ολοκλήρωση του εκπαιδευτικού σεμιναρίου θα δοθεί στους συμμετέχοντες πιστοποιημένο δίπλωμα από το FIDIC Academy.

Τα Συμβόλαια FIDIC αποτελούν τη συχνότερα τυπική μορφή διεθνών συμβολαίων κατασκευής παγκοσμίως και εφαρμόζονται τόσο σε μεγάλα όσο και σε μικρότερα κατασκευαστικά έργα.

Στόχος του Σεμιναρίου είναι να προσφέρει σε Κύπριους Μηχανικούς και σε άλλους Επαγγελματίες του τομέα των Κατασκευαστικών Συμβολαίων, την ευκαιρία να παρακολουθήσουν ένα υψηλού επιπέδου Σεμινάριο, αναγνωρισμένο και πιστοποιημένο από τον οργανισμό  FIDIC, αποκτώντας πολύτιμη γνώση στη θεωρία και στον τρόπο της ορθής διαχείρισης έργων.

Σύντομα Βιογραφικά Ομιλητών

Thanos Totsikas

Thanos Totsikas is the General Manager of FIDIC Credentialing (FCL), the official certification body of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), overseeing the global delivery of certification services and governance support. He specializes in scaling organizations through strategic development of certification programs, operational optimization, and commercial growth. His work ensures alignment with international standards, including ISO 17024, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001.

 With over 20 years of experience in training, assessment, and certification, Thanos has held executive roles at the Greek Federation of Enterprises and ACTA SA, a spin-off of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has collaborated with global organizations such as Pearson VUE, IASSC, and IMechE, contributed to national standardization committees, participated in EU-funded projects, and spoken at international conferences.

 Thanos holds degrees in Economics, Management, Technology, and Quality, along with professional certifications from PMI, Microsoft, and Certiport. Multilingual and globally engaged, he also serves on the Industry Advisory Board at London South Bank University.

 Robert A. Werth

Robert A. Werth holds a degree in International Commercial Arbitration issued from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is Fellow of the Institute; is Dipl.-Ing for Civil Engineering and Construction, is appointed on the FIDIC President´s List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators and panelist of other institutions. Robert is publicly appointed and sworn as Expert for quantum and FIDIC conditions.

In the first part of his professional career, he was Principal Engineer and in management responsible for large and extra-large infrastructure projects before becoming a full-time Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Since then, he has served as an Arbitrator, Adjudicator or Dispute Board Member on International Contracts, frequently also as Expert Witness. Robert has been appointed by the following competent appointing bodies; the ICC, the President of FIDIC, LCIA, the German Arbitration Institute, KfW, the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association and the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Robert was appointed by his National Committee (ICC Germany) as a Delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR (the ‘Commission’) from 2020 to 2024.
